• Summary of Job: As the Manager of Compensation & HRIS, you’ll provide strategic direction and operational leadership in support of the Port’s business strategy and employee value proposition. In this role, you’ll lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of compensation programs, people analytics, and HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure our HR services meet the evolving needs of our employees and organization. This position involves overseeing compensation structures to maintain competitive, fair, and transparent practices; using data-driven insights to guide decisions through people analytics; and driving HRIS enhancements that improve efficiency and employee experience. You’ll also focus on process improvements and operational efficiencies, championing initiatives that support our employees while aligning with the Port’s overarching goals. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule that combines work-life balance with team collaboration. You'll be in the office Tuesday through Thursday to engage with colleagues and support our business lines, with the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Compensation Consultant (Remote/Full-Time)

• Summary of Job: The Compensation Consultant maintains strong relationships with clients, identifies and nurturing additional business opportunities with clients and personally serves as lead consultant and project manager on client compensation projects. Planning and execution of larger projects, including client management, ensuring the team has the resources they need to complete and meet the deadlines for the projects.
